Our Team

Myna graduated from UTA in Arlington with a Masters and Post Masters degree in Nursing after working at the MCSO Women's Center for 21 years. She is certified in Primary/ Acute Care Pediatrics and Family Care.  She worked as an emergency room Nurse Practitioner at Children's Hospital in Dallas and the Legacy branch in Plano for 10 years prior to opening her practice. Myna was raised in Durant and has a passion for providing families a foundation for life-long healthy living.

Tina has a background with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. She is eager for the day-to-day nursing duties of our practice. She is our primary nurse and she takes care of our patient referrals, chronic care management, and diagnostic scheduling. Non-urgent phone messages are typically returned by the end of each workday, allowing Tina to provide in-clinic patients with individualized care. She always has a warm smile and cheerful attitude. 

Clay graduated from Western Oklahoma State College with a degree in Range and Wildlife Management. He is currently attending Southeastern Oklahoma State University studying finance and economics. Clay assists in many tasks at the clinic such as verifying insurance eligibility and immunization status, conducting labs and performing EKGs. Clay brings a wealth of knowledge in administrative duties, marketing strategies, and medical billing practices. He is always positive and keeps the staff on their toes.

Danielle is one of our medical assistants. She is cross-trained in administrative and clinical duties. She takes medical histories and prepares patients for examination, performs CLIA-waived lab testing and EKGs. Danielle has certifications in CNA and phlebotomy. She assists in scheduling patients and following up emergency room visits or hospitalization stays. Her smile is radiant and she is eager to learn. She is always ready to help our patients feel at ease and explain tests and procedures.

Paula is the newest member of our team.  She is our dedicated medical office receptionist with certifications as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) and in phlebotomy. Paula brings both clinical and administrative expertise to patient care. She is experienced in scheduling patient appointments and she ensures smooth daily operations and efficient patient flow. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Paula communicates effectively with diverse patients, ensuring a warm welcoming and efficient healthcare experience.
